PHEXCOM conducted a quality audit of the pharmaceutical excipients company -Phospholipid GmbH on Feb 1, 2024. The factory is located in Nattermannallee 1, 50829-Koeln, Germany.  The pharmaceutical excipients audited is Phosal 50 PG.The on-site quality audit of the factory was completed by Dr. Joachim Erler, senior auditor of PHEXCOM.  The audit of the whole day included the inspection of raw materials and finished product warehouse, production workshop, water system and QC laboratory and reviewing the SOP documents. The on-site audit is in accordance with the IPEC guidelines of GMP for pharmaceutical excipients
