PHEXCOM conducted a quality audit of the pharmaceutical excipients company -DFE's Dutch plant on January 17, 2024. The factory is located in Friesland Campina DMV B.V., Veghel, Netherland. The pharmaceutical excipients audited is lactose. The on-site quality audit of the factory was completed by Dr. Joachim Erler, senior auditor of PHEXCOM. The audit of the whole day included the inspection of raw materials and finished product warehouse, production workshop, water system and QC laboratory and reviewing the SOP documents. The on-site audit is in accordance with the IPEC guidelines of GMP for pharmaceutical excipients.
