Dear customer

Your experience with DFE Pharma is something we are always looking to improve. The DFE Pharma biennial Customer Value Management Survey is a key source of insights on how we’re performing with our customer relationships and overall business.

We’ll soon be conducting our biennial survey and your feedback is important to us. Participating in this survey is an opportunity for you to tell us how we’re going and we’ll use the results to drive more value for you as a customer.

On 11th June 2014, we’ll email you a survey link from Integron, an independent research company conducting the research on our behalf. The survey should only take you about 10 minutes to complete. We would greatly appreciate your involvement and your direct feedback to the questions. Of course, your responses will be kept confidential.
