On December 19, 2013, Zhang Yong, Minister of China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), met with the delegation led by Chung Seung, Minister of Food and Drug Safety of the Republic of Korea. Both sides discussed bilateral cooperation in the fields of food, drug, medical devices and cosmetics, and signed a memorandum of understanding. Main directors of CFDA's Department of International Cooperation, Department of Food Safety Supervision I, relevant directors of Department of Food Safety Supervision II, Department of Food Safety Supervision III, Department of Drug and Cosmetics Registration, Department of Medical Device Registration, Department of Drug and Cosmetics Supervision, Department of Medical Device Supervision attended the meeting.
