On the afternoon of August 12, 2013, Zhang Yong, Minister of China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), met with the delegation led by Dr. Ko Wing-man, Secretary for Food and Health of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Both sides exchanged opinions on the main responsibilities of CFDA, the previous cooperation between the two sides, and the signing of cooperation agreement on food and drug supervision in the future. Relevant directors of CFDA's Office of Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan Affairs, Department of Food Safety Supervision I, Department of Food Safety Supervision II, Department of Food Safety Supervision III, Department of Drug & Cosmetics Registration, and Department of Drug & Cosmetics Supervision attended the meeting.
