The State Food and Drug Administration issued the Drug Safety Blacklist Management Rules (interim) on August 14, 2012. According to the Management Rules, relevant information of producers, operators and responsible persons who receive administrative punishments due to severe violations of laws, regulations and rules on drug and medical devices management will be publicized on government websites for social supervision and enhanced management. The Management Rules will be implemented as of October 1, 2012.
