Senator castigates FDA for spying on scientists' email

Sen. Charles Grassey, a longtime FDA critic, isn't pulling any punches now that the agency spying on employees has been detailed in the press. In a blistering letter, Grassley demanded to know which FDA official ordered the surveillance--and notified the agency that he's asked the Department of Justice to investigate.
