Reports: Pfizer to cut 180 jobs at two Irish plants

After Irish media reported 180 impending job cuts at Pfizer ($PFE) manufacturing plants in Cork, the company called employee meetings for tomorrow at both facilities for an official update. Local newspapers said up to 130 jobs would go at a plant in Ringaskiddy, with another 40 to 50 cuts at Little Island, where the now-off-patent Lipitor is made.
