SFDA requires further strengthening food safety of catering chain enterprises

In order to further strengthen the food safety supervision over catering chain enterprises, standardize the operation of catering chain enterprises, promote legitimate and honest operation, and ensure food safety in catering services, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued the Notice on Further Strengthening Food Safety of Catering Chain Enterprises.
