To enhance the testing capacity building of medical device testing institutions, standardize the instruments and equipments of medical device testing institutions and improve the supervision of medial devices, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) formulated and recently issued the National Standard for Basic Instruments and Equipments of Medical Device Testing Institutions (2011-2015).
