SFDA issues Measures for Food and Drug Complaint Report (interim)

| In order to standardize the management of food and drug complaint report, firmly crackdown on illegal activities, and ensure food and drug safety for the public, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) formulated and recently issued the Measures for Food and Drug Complaint Report (interim). The Measures specifies the management of complaint report, the management authorities of complaint report, the main responsibilities of complaint report institutions, the acceptance, tracing, supervise and urge, and analysis of complaint reports and other relevant issues. The Measures, which comprises 33 articles in 6 Chapters, shall come into force upon promulgation. |
