SFDA promulgates Measures for Drug Supervision and Management in Medical Institutions (interim)

In order to strengthen the drug quality supervision in medical institutions, further standardize the use of drugs of medical institutions, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently promulgated the Measures for Drug Supervision and Management in Medical Institutions (interim).
The Measures sets out requirements to the drug purchase, storage, dispensing and use of medical institutions and defines the relative legal liabilities.
